BetCopilot provides digital tools to track sports bets, analyze profits, manage balances, and receive reminders. The app does not place bets and is not affiliated with bookmakers or gambling operators. It is a personal, independent tracking tool.
The app is intended for users aged 18+ (or the minimum legal age in your country). You are responsible for complying with local gambling laws.
By using BetCopilot, you authorize access to your Google account to:
• Create and manage a dedicated calendar named “BetCopilot” (upon explicit consent)
• Add/update events in that calendar for reminders with custom titles and times
BetCopilot does not access or modify your other calendars, emails, or unrelated data. Access is strictly limited to the dedicated BetCopilot calendar.
Use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the “Limited Use” requirements.
You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings.
We collect only what’s necessary to provide the service (email, country, subscription status, in-app activity, etc.). Data is securely stored via Supabase and is never sold or shared with unnecessary third parties.

A free trial (e.g., 7 days) may be offered to new users. During the trial you won’t be charged. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription will auto-renew at the then-current price according to the purchase channel (Apple App Store/Google Play for in-app; Stripe for website purchases). Cancellations must be performed through the same channel used for the purchase. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the trial or subscription, unless required by applicable law.
• In-app purchases (IAP): processed by Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS and Google Play (Play Billing) on Android. Payments and billing are handled solely by the platform store; BetCopilot receives only non-sensitive information needed to validate entitlement (e.g., product ID, receipt/token, renewal status).
• Website/landing page purchases: may be processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details; Stripe handles the transaction and provides technical references to your subscription.
• Auto-renewal & management: subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Manage/cancel via:
— iOS IAP: iOS Settings → [Apple ID] → Subscriptions (or Apple’s “Manage Subscription” page)
— Android IAP: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
— Web purchases: the Stripe customer portal (link delivered by email or available in your web account).
• Pricing, taxes, currency: prices may vary by region, taxes, exchange rates, and store/Stripe policies. Any taxes/fees are determined by the payment channel.
• Refunds: partial refunds for periods already started are not provided, unless required by law or by the policies of the relevant store/Stripe.
The app is for personal use only. You may not:
• Use the app for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Violate third-party API terms
• Share or resell your account
• Attempt to circumvent technical or security limitations
BetCopilot is not liable for financial losses due to tracking errors or user decisions. The app is informational and does not provide betting advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. Users will be informed of material changes.
If you use the Beta version of BetCopilot, you acknowledge:
• Some features may be unstable
• Access may be revoked or limited at any time
• No guarantee of permanent availability or support
You may uninstall the app and/or cancel your subscription at any time. In case of Terms violations, access may be suspended or terminated without notice.
These Terms are governed by Italian and EU law (including GDPR), unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
