Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how BetCopilot collects, uses, and protects your data.

We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide and improve the service:
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Subscription status (via Stripe)
• Google account data (only for Calendar reminders)
• App usage data (anonymous)
• Technical crash reports (anonymous, via Firebase Crashlytics)
If you submit feedback through Google Forms and attach a screenshot or video, the file may include metadata such as the name associated with your Google account. This information is not used to identify you and is not processed beyond handling your feedback.
If you connect your Google account, BetCopilot will create a dedicated calendar within your Google Calendar and may:
• Add and manage events/reminders only in that calendar
• Read/write data strictly related to the events in that calendar
We request this access solely to provide bet tracking reminders in a separate calendar, ensuring your personal and work calendars remain untouched.
We do not access Gmail or any other calendars or unrelated data.
Access complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and can be revoked at any time in your Google Account settings.
Your data is used exclusively to:
• Provide app features
• Manage subscriptions via Stripe
• Personalize reminders and analysis
• Monitor app stability and fix errors (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
It is shared only with:
• Supabase (secure database)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (calendar sync)
• Firebase Crashlytics (anonymous crash reports for diagnostics and fixes)
All providers follow high security and compliance standards.
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you can:
• Access or delete your data
• Revoke Google access
• Cancel your subscription
• Request a copy of your data before deletion by writing to info@betcopilot.io

We use encrypted databases, secure connections (HTTPS), and trusted providers to protect your data. Crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics do not include personally identifiable information (PII).
This policy may be updated. Users will be informed of any material changes.
