BetCopilot Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how BetCopilot collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve BetCopilot:
• Email and country
• Subscription and payment status (via App Store / Play Store / Stripe)
• Google account data (only for optional Calendar reminders)
• Anonymous app-usage events and crash reports (via Firebase)
• Aggregated attribution data from Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads (no personal data)

1.1. Feedback Attachments

Files sent through Google Forms (e.g., screenshots) may include metadata such as your Google name; this is used only to process feedback and then discarded.

2. Google Account Access

If you connect your Google Account, BetCopilot creates a dedicated calendar to add reminders related to your bets. It can:
• Add / edit events only inside that calendar
• Never read or modify other calendars or emails

Access follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and may be revoked anytime from your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.

3. How We Use Data

We use data solely to:
• Provide and personalize app features
• Manage subscriptions and purchases
• Improve performance, reliability, and UX
• Fix bugs (Crashlytics reports)
• Analyze aggregated usage events (e.g., paywall_view, start_trial, subscribe) to improve onboarding and retention

These analytics are pseudonymized, aggregated, and never used for personalized advertising or profiling.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

BetCopilot never sells your data. It is shared only with secure providers essential to the service:
• Supabase – database and authentication
• Stripe – payment processing
• Firebase – analytics & crash reports
• Google Ads / Apple Search Ads / Meta Ads – anonymous install & conversion attribution
• Google – optional Calendar sync

All processing complies with GDPR and privacy frameworks such as SKAdNetwork and Google App Campaigns. No partner receives identifying information (name, email, or card details).

5. Your Rights

You can at any time:
• Request or delete your data
• Revoke Google access
• Cancel your subscription (via App Store / Play Store / Stripe portal)
• Ask for a copy of your data before deletion

6. Data Security

We protect your information with encrypted databases, HTTPS, and certified partners. Firebase Crashlytics logs contain no personally identifiable data.

This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or technical changes. You will be notified of significant updates.
